This rug was hooked by Magdalena Briner Eby. Many people have weighed in on whether this is a goat or a deer! Magdalena is famous for her primitive animals and she didn't disappoint on this one. The animal is against a typical Magdalena, busy, striated background. The corners have her fan like shapes and her bullseye shape is in the top corner. I would have to take each stripe of color at a time!
